This short course on Volcanic Hazard Assessment, Monitoring and Risk Mitigation was organised in the scope of the EC Environment and Climate Research Programme – Advanced Study Courses, and took place at Furnas Volcano, S. Miguel island, Azores, between June 6th and June 15th.
The proceedings of the course were published in a special volume of “Vulcânica”, the Portuguese scientific journal of Volcanology.
